1. Order Processing

  • Orders processed within 1–3 business days
  • No dispatch on weekends or public holidays

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping is:

  • Calculated at checkout, OR

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

  • South Island: 1–3 business days
  • North Island: 2–5 business days

4. Risk & Delivery

Risk passes to you upon delivery.

If goods are lost or damaged before delivery, we will resolve the issue, including replacement or refund where appropriate.


5. Authority to Leave

If ATL is selected, parcels may be left unattended. We are not responsible for loss after delivery.


6. Incorrect Address

You are responsible for providing the correct address. Additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.


7. Bulk & Heavy Items

Orders such as malt sacks may:

  • Incur higher freight charges
  • Be shipped in multiple consignments

8. International Shipping (if applicable)

  • Customs charges are the customer’s responsibility
  • Delays may occur outside our control

9. Legal Compliance

We comply with:
