Amarillo is a popular American aroma hop celebrated for its bright citrus and orange character, complemented by notes of grapefruit, peach and floral spice. Its smooth, balanced flavour makes it an excellent choice for late boil additions, whirlpool and dry hopping, adding vibrant aroma without overpowering bitterness.
