Ingredients:
1.7kg Black Rock Classic IPA
1.7kg Black Rock Classic Porter
1.7kg Black Rock Unhopped Amber
11.5g Fermentis Yeast: SafAle™ US-05
70g Chinook Hops**
70g Citra Hops**

**Our hops come in 50g and 100g packs only. You may receive more hops than are required for this recipe. Either use all for a hoppier brew, or remove the air from the pack after measuring out what you need and store in the fridge or freezer for your next brew.
