Waimea is a bold New Zealand hop renowned for its intense citrus, tropical fruit and resinous pine character. High in alpha acids, it delivers a firm, clean bitterness while adding vibrant aromas of grapefruit, mandarin and fresh pine, making it an excellent choice for modern hop-forward beers.
