Wakatu is a uniquely New Zealand hop prized for its smooth citrus character, delicate floral notes and subtle spice. Descended from Hallertau Mittelfrüh, it offers a refined balance of fresh lime, lemon zest and soft herbal aromas, making it ideal for clean, refreshing beer styles.
