Magnesium Sulphate 500g

Unbranded Magnesium Sulphate (MgSO4), or Epsom Salts, for water adjustment. Can be used to add sulfate "crispness" to the hop bitterness.

This is a brewing salt to adjust the water chemistry - up to one teaspoon per 23 litres.
