Vegetarian Rennet 10 Tablets

Rennet tablets can be used in all cheese. Each rennet tablet will 4 litres of milk. This is a vegetarian rennet product. Best before is 24 months from date of manufacture but activity will remain very high well past this date.

Store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight.

Do not freeze.

Dissolve the rennet tablet in 20ml-40ml of cold pasteurised water before adding to the milk
