Centennial Hops

Centennial is one of the classic American hop varieties, prized for its bold citrus character and balanced floral notes. Often referred to as a "super Cascade", it delivers vibrant aromas of grapefruit, lemon, orange zest and subtle pine, making it a favourite for a wide range of hop-forward beer styles.

With a medium to high alpha acid content, Centennial is a true dual-purpose hop, providing clean bitterness when added early in the boil while also contributing bright citrus and floral aromas when used later in the boil, whirlpool or as a dry hop.
