Oat Hulls are a natural brewing aid used to improve wort flow and prevent stuck mashes. They contain no fermentable sugars and contribute virtually no flavour, colour, or extract, making them an ideal addition to recipes with high percentages of wheat, oats, rye, or other huskless grains.
By increasing the porosity of the grain bed, Oat Hulls help maintain an efficient mash and sparge, reducing the risk of slow run-offs while improving brewhouse efficiency.
Oat Hulls are suitable for all-grain brewers using traditional mash tuns, BrewZillas, Grainfathers, and other all-in-one brewing systems.
