Golden Promise is a culturally significant malt within the Bairds range that is deeply ingrained in Scottish roots. It is marked by its sweet richness and fullness in flavour, perfect for IPAs, Scotch and English ales. Traced back over 50 years, when Bairds founded their maltings in the heart of the Highlands, Golden Promise was the single-variety grown by Scottish farmers.
