Black Rock Unhopped Light 1.7kg
1.8kg Gladfield Vienna Malt
1.3kg Gladfield Aurora malt
500g Gladfield Redback Malt
320g Gladfield Shepherds Delight Malt
30g Simcoe, 45g Amarillo, 15g Citra hop**
80g Fresh ginger root (Not Supplied*)
11.5 g Fermentis Yeast: SafAle™ US-05

**Our hops come in 50g and 100g packs only. You may receive more hops than are required for this recipe. Either use all for a hoppier brew, or remove the air from the pack after measuring out what you need and store in the fridge or freezer for your next brew.
