Black Rock Classic Wheat 1.7kg
300g Lactose
11.5g Fermentis Yeast: SafAle™ S-04
115g Azacca Hops**
70g Mosaic Hops**
70g Citra Hops**
1 Vanilla Bean (Not supplied*)
*Not suppled items can be found at all good supermarkets.
**Our hops come in 50g and 100g packs only. You may receive more hops than are required for this recipe. Either use all for a hoppier brew, or remove the air from the pack after measuring out what you need and store in the fridge or freezer for your next brew.
