The malted wheat in the grain bill gives this beer a slightly grainy flavour with a creamy fullness that leads to a light finish. This brew leans towards a fresh, American wheat beer in style (rather than the clove-tasting European wheat beers).This product is designed to be used with 1.0-1.5 kg Light Dry Malt Extract (or alternatively a wheat-based extract) and water to make 23 litres of wort.
