El Dorado is a bold, tropical aroma hop prized for its bright fruit character and smooth, rounded flavour. Bursting with notes of pineapple, pear, watermelon, stone fruit and citrus, it is a favourite for brewers looking to create juicy, hop-forward beers with a vibrant aroma and a modern fruit-driven profile.

While El Dorado can be used as a dual-purpose hop, it really shines when added late in the boil, in the whirlpool or as a dry hop, where its rich tropical character and expressive aroma come through beautifully.
