Moutere is one of New Zealand’s highest alpha hop varieties, delivering plenty of punch alongside a distinctive mix of tropical fruit, citrus and resinous pine. Expect grapefruit, passionfruit and light tropical fruit backed by a bold resinous character. Its high oil content makes it equally useful for efficient bittering or big late and dry-hop additions in hop-forward beers.
